Why we chose RFDS
We chose to support the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) because we a deep sense of gratitude and connection to the incredible work they do. As a rural town, we understand the challenges of accessing urgent medical care in remote areas, and the RFDS has been a lifeline for our community and surrounding areas. Their dedication to saving lives, including those of our family and friends, has left an indelible mark on us. By supporting the RFDS, we are not only giving back to an organization that has supported us, but also ensuring that their vital services continue to reach others in need across the country. Their impact on our town and beyond is truly immeasurable.
Let’s keep the Flying Doctor flying! We're raising funds so the Royal Flying Doctor Service can respond at a moment’s notice for people living, working, and travelling in regional, rural and remote areas in Australia.
Last year alone, the RFDS reached more than 330,000 Australians with 24-hour emergency retrieval and primary health care. That’s one person every two minutes! The Flying Doctor is always on call to help and save lives, and that’s why we're asking you to chip in to and help the RFDS to provide the finest care to the furthest corner. Will you wing it with us? Great!
See you there!
